Our family-owned business embraces the timeless art of crafting exceptional artisanal rum using traditional methods.

Our standard rum, Hair of the Dog, was named after the hangover cure “hair of the dog that bit you” and to pay homage to the family’s beloved Great Danes.

It started as a passion project, and after many months of trial and error, this traditionally made rum was born from the mind of our lead distiller. It was our first high-quality white spirit and has become our wooded rum, specialty rum and liqueur base.
